Introduction
Yooster™ Limited (collectively referred to as "we", "us" and "Yooster™") is subject to the National Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (as amended by the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (Cth).
This Privacy Statement explains in general terms how Yooster™ protects the privacy of your personal information under the National Privacy Principles. It will apply to any personal information you provide to us:
- When completing, amending or updating your Yooster™ profile
- When participating in surveys and polls provided by Yooster™
- Via yooster.com.au, or other online sites operated by Yooster™ and its contractors; and
- Under any other agreement or arrangement.

How We Use Your Personal Information & Disclosure
Yooster™ is the sole owner of the information collected. Except as described in this statement we will not sell or rent this information to others.
This personal information is used to notify you about new campaigns, to provide you with information and samples you request, advise you about specific campaign information and analyse the outcome of campaigns. In addition, we ask you to provide legitimate proof of address. Proof of address is required in order to protect Yooster™ from fraudulent activities. This information is also used for shipping purposes. If we have trouble processing the information provided, the contact information may be utilised to contact a user.
We also use your personal information to communicate with you. We may send certain mandatory service communications such as welcome letters, information on technical service issues, and invitations to join campaigns. We may also occasionally send you product surveys, promotional mailings or newsletters that you choose to receive.
Yooster™ may share aggregated and anonymous demographic, psychographic and statistical information with its clients, but no such information can be linked directly to you or your account.
We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings, the technical development of Yooster™ websites, or performing statistical analysis of our services. We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to provide the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
We may access and/or disclose your personal information if we believe such action is necessary to: (a) comply with the law or legal process served on Yooster™; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Yooster™ (including the enforcement of our agreements); or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Yooster™ services or members of the public.
Personal information collected on Yooster™ sites and services may be stored and processed in Australia or any other country in which Yooster™ or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using a Yooster™ site or service, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.
Collection Of Information Other Than Personal Information
If you visit our website, some of the information we collect about your visit to our website is not personal information because it does not reveal your identity. Information of this nature can include:

- When you visit our website, we collect general information about your visit which may include your server address, the date and time of your visit, the pages you accessed, the information you downloaded and the type of Internet browser you used.

- Cookies

- Yooster™ web pages may contain electronic images known as Web beacons - sometimes called single-pixel gifs - that assist in delivering cookies on our sites and allow us to count users who have visited those pages and to deliver co-branded services. We may include Web beacons in promotional e-mail messages or our newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.
- Yooster™ may also employ Web beacons from third parties in order to help us compile aggregated statistics and determine the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns. We prohibit Web beacons on our sites from being used by third parties to collect or access your personal information.

What Information Do We Collect?
The types of personal information that we collect from you will depend on the circumstances of collection. For example, when you complete your Yooster™ registration, or participate in an online survey or poll, we may collect details such as your name, address, age, occupation, email address, interests, your opinion of one product over another, your likes and dislikes, and other relevant demographic and psychographic information.
As we are required by law to obtain your consent to the collection of "sensitive information" we will assume that you have consented to the collection of all information which is provided to us for use in accordance with this Statement, unless you tell us otherwise.

Yooster™ members are able to access and change their personal information at any time by logging onto the Yooster™ website and clicking on "My Yooster™".

We take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date whenever we collect or use it.
If the personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date, simply log on to the Yooster™ website, and update your information by clicking on "My Yooster™".

Yooster™ is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities. When we transmit highly confidential information over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Yooster™ makes no warranty in respect of the strength or effectiveness of that encryption and Yooster™ is not responsible for events arising from unauthorised access of the information you provide.
If a password is used to help protect your accounts and personal information, it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you are sharing a computer or Yooster™ console with anyone you should always choose to log out before leaving in order to protect access to your information from subsequent users.
Age Restrictions
Yooster™ is a responsible organisation and is not designed for people 13 years and under. People 13 years and under cannot join Yooster™. People age 14 and 15 cannot join Yooster™ without parental consent, which includes consent to the collection of information about the person.
Resolving Your Concerns
If you have a complaint about a breach of your privacy or you have any query on how your personal information is collected or used please forward your request, complaint or query to the address below. We will respond to your query or complaint as soon as possible.
